1. Delivery areas
Polhus delivers to mainland France and selected European destinations where available. The destinations offered at checkout or confirmed in a written quotation are the destinations currently served. Some islands, mountain areas and locations with restricted access may require an individual quotation.
2. Delivery charges
Charges depend on the product, dimensions, weight, destination, access conditions and any unloading or specialist-equipment requirements. The applicable charge is shown at checkout or in the quotation before the order is confirmed.
3. Lead times
Estimated preparation and delivery times appear on the product page, at checkout, in the quotation or in the order confirmation. Many saunas and Nordic baths are bulky or prepared to order, so lead times may vary. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly confirmed as such.
If no delivery date or period has been agreed, delivery will occur no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded, subject to applicable consumer law.
4. Delivery arrangements
The carrier or Polhus may contact you to arrange a delivery window. You must provide accurate contact, access and site information. Please tell us before ordering about narrow roads, weight restrictions, gates, stairs, cranes, ferries, low bridges or any other constraint.
5. Site preparation and unloading
Unless expressly included in the order, the customer is responsible for foundations, permissions, utility connections, lifting equipment, site access and any assembly or installation. The unloading point must be safe, accessible and prepared. Failed delivery or special handling caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges where legally permitted.
6. Receipt and inspection
Inspect the packaging and visible condition of the goods at delivery. Record specific reservations on the delivery document and take photographs of damage before unpacking further. Contact soufiakamil12@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. This procedure helps us manage a carrier claim and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Delays and unavailable delivery
If a material delay occurs, we will provide updated information. Your remedies, including the right to set an additional reasonable period and, in qualifying cases, cancel the contract, are governed by applicable consumer law.
8. Risk
For consumers, risk passes when you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
9. Contact
